Every shipment inside the UK is insured. For shipments outside the UK we provide customers with a choice of paying for delivery insurance or arranging their own insurance.

Delivery charges vary based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Estimates are provided at checkout and the final cost is calculated after packaging. If the estimate is insufficient, we'll contact you to choose an alternative option or cover any additional fees. With decades of experience, we ensure your parts are safely packaged and competitively priced for shipping.

If you know your parts are going to be particularly large, or need special handling, then get in contact with us first and we can check the accuracy of the estimate or override the delivery charges for you prior to your order.

We offer a choice of delivery options to suit your convenience and budget, with an average delivery time of 1-5 business days.

Our range of delivery options includes:

DHL Economy, DHL Express, FedEx Economy, FedEx International Economy, FedEx International Priority, FedEx Next Day Freight, FedEx Next Day Service By 10am, FedEx Priority, FedEx Priority Express, and more.

Please note, if your order includes a mix of in-stock and special-order parts, we will hold the entire order until the special-order parts arrive. This way, we can send everything together in one package. You can change this option during the checkout process or from your online account.

You may need to pay local import duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the UK. This is standard practice and a legal requirement for all exports.

To simplify the process, we offer two delivery options for international customers:

• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We cover all import duties and taxes. Your order is delivered directly to you.
• DAP (Delivered At Place): You handle import duties and taxes when your order arrives.

Most customers prefer the convenience of DDP. You can choose your option at checkout. If DDP isn't available for your country, we can arrange it for you.

Yes, you can collect parts if you pay upfront via bank transfer or on collection.

Orders paid online with a debit or credit card must be shipped by courier. If you require further information or want to arrange a collection, please contact us.

Yes, you can change the delivery address. Here’s how it works:

1. Initiate Change: Go to the 'Address' tab on your order page and click the 'Change Address' button.
2. Notification: Once your parts are packed and ready for despatch, you will receive an email notification.
3. Modify Address: Follow the link in the notification email to modify the delivery address.
4. Reauthorize Payment: If you paid by credit card, you will need to reauthorize your payment.

Please note, changing the delivery address may affect delivery costs.

You can manage all the required information during the consignment checkout process, which is accessed through the email link or by clicking the notification in your online account.

We use professional packaging methods and high quality shipping materials to ensure your order is well protected throughout transit.

No! We can deliver any part, including dangerous goods (DG) such as airbags, oil, transmission fluid and brake fluid.

Unlike other websites, our in-house team is DG certified for classes 1-9 and we use approved DG shipping services. This means your order is in safe hands and any part you need can be supplied.

From small components like nuts, bolts, washers, and clips to large body panels, transmissions, windscreens, and engines, all parts can be shipped directly to your door. We can even transport chassis and bodyshells worldwide!

Yes, you'll receive a tracking number once your order ships. You can track your package directly with the courier company. Once your order has left our warehouse, we will email you to confirm, and we will provide you with the full tracking details.

We usually use FedEx or DHL for parcel deliveries, but we also work with freight forwarders for larger shipments. During checkout, you can choose your parcel courier and see the available services in your area.

We will resolve any issue you have. Please contact us if your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost. You can also track your order online.
