The 6th generation of the Quattroporte, which was introduced in 2017 and features an updated sleek design, powerful engines, and luxurious interior. The QTP is powered by a choice of two engines: a 3.0 litre twin-turbocharged V6 or a 3.8 litre twin-turbocharged V8. The V6 produces 410 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque, while the V8 produces 523 horsepower and 479 lb-ft of torque. The 3.0 litre was designed with input from Ferrari. Both engines are mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission.
The Quattroporte is capable of sprinting from 0 to 60 mph in just 5.1 seconds with the V6 engine and 4.2 seconds with the V8 engine. Top speed is limited to 186 mph for the V6 and 193 mph for the V8.
The Quattroporte comes standard with 14.2 inch front brake discs and 13.8 inch rear brake discs. These discs are made of ventilated and cross-drilled steel, which helps to improve stopping power and heat dissipation.
The Quattroporte uses a cartridge-style oil filter and a spin-on fuel filter. These types of filters are easy to change and are done during routine service maintenance. The Quattroporte comes standard with 19 inch alloy wheels and these are wrapped in 245/45R19 front tyres and 275/40R19 rear tyres.
The Quattroporte's interior is trimmed in premium leather and wood, and it features a host of luxury amenities as standard with many custom upgrade options available such as an electric sunroof, fine grain extended leather interior, a Bowers & Wilkins premium surround sound system and a heated multi-function steering wheel.
